Atlético Madrid have completed the signing of Croatian international Šime Vrsaljko from Sassuolo. The player signed a 5-year-deal which will keep him at Atléti until 2021.
Financial details of the deal were not revealed by the clubs but accordind to Transfermarkt.com the fee is around €16,00m (£13.60m).
Vrsaljko makes the move to La Liga after playing three seasons in Serie A. After a year in Genoa, he has played the last two years in Sassuolo.
Vrsaljko told the club's official website:
"Playing at Atletico is a big challenge for me, I am very happy."

The 24-year-old made 36 appearances for Sassuolo last season providing 4 assists.
Vrsaljko made his debut for Croatia national team in 2011 in an international friendly game against Czech Republic. Since than he reached 21 caps for Croatia, providing 4 assists.
He was involved in Croatia's Euro 2016 action, where he reached the round of 16 with his national team.
